I usually like ordering from Lindex, and from what I remember, delivery hasn’t been this slow before. This time it said it would only take a few days, but my order ended up taking over a week. I also don’t remember getting many useful updates, so I kept checking the tracking myself. The clothes were perfectly fine once they arrived, but the wait was frustrating.

I picked up a couple of simple tops for myself and some kids’ clothes from Lindex, and I was really happy with what I got. The prices felt very fair, especially for basics we’ll actually wear a lot. The fabric on the tops was softer than I expected, and the kids’ leggings and T-shirts felt sturdy enough for everyday use. I also found a few sale items that were genuinely good value, not just random leftovers. Delivery arrived without any issues too. I’ll definitely check back next time they have offers on.

Um, the bag showed up a little ripped, so the packaging was just kind of okay overall.

There’s a lot to choose from. I found plenty of nice options. Some basic sizes were sold out though. That was a bit frustrating.

I found a few pieces I actually really liked, so I was excited to check out. Then my usual card wouldn’t go through, and there wasn’t an easy backup option, which was super annoying. I mean, it’s not the end of the world, but I ended up just leaving everything in my cart. Would be great if you could add more payment options

I sent a couple of things back to lindex last week because the sizing just didn’t work for me. Nothing dramatic, they just didn’t fit right, and I don’t think that’s really their fault either.

I was expecting the refund to drag on for ages, because that’s usually how it goes with returns, but it showed up back on my card quickly. I think it was about 4 days after they received the parcel, which I can’t really complain about.

I’m giving 4 stars because the return tracking wasn’t the clearest, and I did find myself checking it more than I should’ve had to. But to be fair, the refund came through without me needing to chase anyone, so overall it was a decent experience.

I mean, customer service did help me get my order issue sorted out, so I can’t really complain too much. The replies were just a little slow, which was kind of frustrating at times. It all worked out in the end, just not as quickly as I was hoping.

I ordered a few bras and briefs from Lindex and overall I’m happy with them. Most of the pieces fit nicely and feel comfortable for everyday wear, which I think a lot of other customers would appreciate too. One bra did feel a little tighter than I expected, so the sizing might not be exactly the same across everything. Still, I’d say it was a good purchase overall

I’m happy with it. The styles look clean and simple, and overall it just looks really good.

I signed up mostly for the discounts, but the rewards are tiny and they expire way too fast. feels like I’m just getting extra emails for not much back lol

I bought a few kids’ clothing items from Lindex and I’m disappointed. After just a couple of washes, the leggings got all baggy, and one of the shirts already has little holes in it. The fabric feels much thinner than I expected, especially for the price. I really thought they’d last longer, but they just didn’t. I don’t think I’ll be buying kids’ clothes there again.

Some of the pieces felt really soft and comfy, which I liked, but a few of the fabrics just felt kind of thin in a way I wasn’t expecting. I don’t know, it wasn’t terrible or anything, but I definitely didn’t feel super impressed. Overall it’s okay, just not something I’m excited about.

The staff in the store were really friendly and helped me find the right size, which I appreciated. The only annoying part was the checkout taking longer than it should have, so whoever runs this probably needs to sort that out. Overall though, it was still a good visit.

I usually trust my gut when shopping around, and Lindex has felt like a good choice so far. I mostly use lindex.com because the prices are fair, especially for basics and kids’ clothes. I’ve compared a few other shops, and Lindex often comes out cheaper, even more so during sales. Delivery was fine too. Nothing overly fancy, just decent quality and good value for the money...

I don’t remember exactly what the error said, but my payment failed twice before it finally went through. Once the order was placed everything seemed fine, but the checkout part was definitely annoying.

I got my refund in the end, it just take a few days longer than I expected. Not a big deal though, the whole return process were simple.

I ordered from Lindex online and picked it up in store a few days later. I got a text as soon as it was ready, and when I went in, the staff found my parcel really quickly without any fuss. I appreciated how smooth the whole process was, especially the clear updates and quick pickup at the counter. No problems at all, and I’d definitely use it again

I ordered a few things from lindex and had a question about my delivery, but getting a proper answer took way longer than I expected. I waited several days and then just got a really short reply that didn’t actually clear much up, which was annoying.
The clothes themselves were fine, so I can’t complain too much there, but the customer service side felt lacking. I had to message again before anyone explained things properly, and it did give me that feeling that they’re quick to take your money but not as quick to help once the order is placed. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not what I hoped for

Overall, the items looked mostly like they did online, but the colors were a little different in person. Not a huge deal, and I’m still fairly happy with them, but I’d say keep in mind they may not match the photos exactly.
